Our Client is a leading B2B distributor providing added-value products and tailored solutions to numerous Business Clients operating within paper & printing industry. In order to manage the continuous growth in Poland our Client is seeking to recruit candidate for the position of Sales  Manager responsible for the sales and volume results generated within dedicated business unit.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Act as a partner to General Manager to identify and develop all business potentials at key customers and sales channels
  • Lead and manage the Field Sales Representatives team to execute all sales targets and objectives
  • Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals
  • Oversees all hiring, training, reviewing sales performance and firing of personnel involved in the department
  • Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company
  • Responsible for managing and controlling the sales budget also with customer payments responsibility, and P&L for the business area
  • Effectively execute and manage every element of the sales process on an individual level and build a top notch direct sales team
  • Responsible for driving revenue and use learning’s from that experience to refine sales processes and to build an appropriate team
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Category Managers on developing new products and services for our clients
  • Update the company on changing trends in the market and competitor activities so the organization can make and adjust plans accordingly

Candidate profile:

  • Educated to university degree (management / business)
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in sales management position in B2B environment
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
  • Excellent team player able to analyze sales data
  • Able to inspire others to share their vision and support them to reach a common goal
  • Experienced in coordination and planning of budgets, people and time management
  • Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences
  • Good knowledge of English and Polish
