Our Client is a developing european retailer. Due to development of e-commerce team in Poland we are seeking to recruit a Facebook Ads Specialist with good marketing experience to join a stable organization on a full-time basis.

This is a terrific opportunity offering a great development path and other outstanding perks. A successful candidate must have a proven background in paid Facebook campaigns. They will be responsible for the planning, implementing and measuring of Facebook Ads campaigns for several markets in Europe, working to agreed targets and budgets.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Managing Facebook Ads campaigns from conception to execution designed to drive leads and acquire new customers.
  • Create a social media strategy to increase organic traffic and convert visitors into users by working closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager and E-commerce Manager.
  • Utilize Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics to develop insights and action points intended to increase our clients’ revenues month-over-month.
  • Monitoring purchased media to ensure that the advertisements appear as planned across Facebook and Instagram newsfeed.
  • Adopting a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to all performance marketing activities, developing A/B tests and sharing results with the wider team.
  • Maintain the highest level of knowledge and understanding of Facebook’s ad ecosystem by staying informed of changes in the ad auction, ad formats, campaign objectives, and bid strategies
  • Supplying weekly and monthly reports with meaningful insight, analyzing trends, and advising on improvements.
  • Forecasting and budgeting – managing the paid activity within budget and CPA targets.
  • Achieving monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Supporting the wider business with ecommerce needs as and when required and with any other tasks as reasonably requested by your manager.

Candidate profile:

  • 2+ years experience of running successful Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • 2+ years experience in an E-commerce environment, either client or agency side.
  • High level understanding of Facebook and Instagram, as well as Google Analytics.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to translate analytics into recommendations, insights, and functional production plans.
  • Wider digital knowledge.
  • Highly numerical and analytical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing budgets effectively whilst effectively gaining ROI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A perfect candidate should have an experience in working for an international company with several subsidies.
  • Fluent English and Polish are a must.
