For our Client e-commerce full-service provider, who offers ambitious traders a great selection of fully integrated fulfilment services we are looking for HR Manager.

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for all the processes in the area of Human Resources on site. At the start of your employment, the main task will be to build up the HR department with all the staff required for that and sub-departments if necessary. You are very process and target oriented and are able to deal with all tasks independently and professionally due to your academic and personnel-based education and training. You possess assertiveness but never lose your team orientation. You keep a cool head even in a complex and highly dynamic working environment and quickly make well considered and analysed decisions which you are able to present convincingly, including at CEO level.

Responsibilities:

  • Construction and leadership of the HR department in a big company,
  • Organisation/Implementation of recruitment in agreement with the directors of the daughter companies,
  • Personnel administration (employment contracts, references, training, …),
  • Collaboration with employment agencies and personnel leasing firms,
  • Responsibility for budgeting and personnel costs and their control,
  • Strategic personnel planning,
  • Production of personnel statistics,
  • The effective use of or new introduction of electronic data processing programs for individual task areas,
  • Verification management of personnel documents,

Candidate profile:

  • Completed degree in personnel management, business management or law or similar training in personnel management,
  • Several years of leadership responsibility for several different organisational units,  
  • Several years professional experience in personnel management,
  • Outstanding analytical thinking and the ability to manage complex units, 
  • Very good communication skills in combination with assertiveness and decisiveness,
  • Experience in organisation development,
  • Business fluency in English,
