Interim Management

Solid Bridge Solutions in cooperation with TIM Management - first Transition Management company in Italy, founded in 1987 in Milan – helps in selecting and hiring Interim Managers and offers management and business assistance service to companies undergoing transition. In most situations, Interim Managers hired by Solid Bridge Solutions / TIM Management specialize in one of the following fields: General Management, Board Member, Plant Manager, Country Manager, CFO, CRO (Chief Restructuring Officer).

Interim Manager for the agreed time period works at the Client’s office acting as a Transition Project Leader, bearing the full responsibility for the outcome and results of the project, still being hired by Solid Bridge Solutions / TIM Management.
